| 7 | Warranty / Guarantee Clause: The Material shall be warranted against all ma nufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the Date of Commission ing (or) 18 months from the date of Supply, whichever is earlier. According ly, the vendor has to submit Guarantee/ warrantee certificate along with th e Supply. Any weak Cell (Cell Voltage less than 01.00 V) during discharge test (four cycles) h as to be replaced by the Vendor free of cost to NTPC. | — | — | — |
