| 1 | Subject Tender is floated on Limited Tender (LT) basis and Vendors eligible to participate have bee n short-listed and approved by Competent Authority as per ‘Works & Procurement Policy of NTPC’. Email will be sent to the aforesaid shortlisted vendors for participation in the subject tender on Ge M Portal. Only those bidders who have received the aforesaid invitation mail from NTPC should par ticipate in the subject tender. In case any vendor in receipt of the said mail has multiple vendor co des in NTPC linked to that mail ID, it would be responsibility of the vendor to obtain a confirmation, by using the representation window in GeM, regarding the vendor who is eligible to bid against the tender. Any bid received from non-eligible vendor linked to that mail ID will be rejected. Any Other Bidder(s) who is not shortlisted/approved by Competent Authority for this Bid and have not received email in this regard, shall not be considered and bids of such bidder(s) shall be summ arily rejected during Technical Evaluation. Authorized Dealers/ Channel Partners of those "manufacturers" who have received the aforesaid in vitation mail from NTPC can also participate in this tender. However, such dealers/ channel partner s shall have to submit a Bid-Specific Authorization Certificate from the manufacturer along with the ir bids. GeM Contract shall be issued in the name of the vendor who submits offer in GeM. Authoris ation issued by any bidder who is not a manufacturer will not be considered valid. However, if a sh ortlisted manufacturer authorises multiple dealers/ channel partners to submit bids, all such bids s hall be rejected on the ground of conflict of Interest detailed later in the document. | — | — | — |
