The bidder shall submit drawings for approval to NTPC Ltd within 3 Weeks from t he date of award. The drawings shall be approved within 5 weeks from date of submission. Supply of material shall be completed within Five months from the date of receip t of approved drawings. | 7 | Warranty / Guarantee Clause: The Material shall be warranted against all ma nufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the Date of Commissio ning (or) 18 months from the date of Supply, whichever is earlier. Accordin gly, the vendor has to submit Guarantee/ warrantee certificate along with t he Supply.
