The Supplier shall in struct for accepting the reduced value on the supply bill. If there are no running bills with Ranipet, the Supplier shall fo rthwith transfer the sum to the authorised bank account of BHEL, Ranipet or accept for deducting the amount from the bills that may be pending with the other units of BHEL, if an y. | — | — |
